Assalamualaikum and good moning,

        Week 13 at utm,here i want to share with you all about my feeling in utm for my study.It is not bad to me and i'm so grateful because get study at utm.Sometime i thought it is the best place to me to prepare myself as a good person which is i can do whatever without request the other people to help me.
        Then, at here i can change my self to be a good person as a student and also as a son.Every day already for my routine to call my parents eventhought just a few minutes.Now i'm always be happy at utm even i have more assignment to do and busy with other program but i'm still have time to do all about that.
It is of a His power to give me tought to do it.Trust to His insyaAllah we can do anything even haven't time.
        Thats all for today to my entry to this time so i'm all my friend also enjoy at utm from early untill now.Hopefully at there it can make us to be a good person and make our life always be colourful.Last but not least,i'm hope my friend and i can success in our life.Thank you-;)

mum   :her mother.
john   :when you are little,you need your mummyto take care of you right?
mum  :that's right.
john   :what happens if you haven't got a mummy?
mum  :well somebody else will help take care of you.
john   :i found a baby bird in the garden.so can i take care this baby bird?
mum  :well it's a big responsibitity.

       so this story give me a huge impact to me .for the moral value we should have a feel to responlibity to animal because it also have live.

      My entry for today is about how for a longer live.In this entry that at time i want to share with you 5 moves for a longer live which is

1)Have a side salad
   *make sure the dressing contains vinegar.
2)Treat your pasta right
     *keeping cells responsive to insulin is key to warding off diabetes,as it's insulin that sweeps sugar out of the blood.
3)Move a little
    *Just one session -just one session of moderate exercise improves your body's.
4)Enforce a blackout
    *if you don't sleep seven or eight hours most night,your risk of developing diabetes.
5)Ditch potatoes for nuts
    *potatoes deliver a dietery double whammy.

Eraser.Why i'm put this here??? because i like it. Why i like it???? so from that sure have story beside that.
       If and only this eraser can erase all unnecessary things in my mind.The work of erase is a good job and erase it is a good material to me because it make me like to be a new life when it can erase all my mistake for a long time a go and also now.Although this erase cannot life for a long time.It is a small and can lose anytime.But we should grateful and thanks to this erase because it make our mistake to a truth.

Alright,let me start to wrote to this entry..
traditional games is the one game  that was exists such a long time ago.In our country there are some of much popular about these traditional games..but i only tell one of the some traditional games.
The traditional game is galah panjang.It also known as Runner and Tagger.it usually played by children.this games do not required any equipment.It is not individual games.actually,this games require two separated teams that each team consist of not less four peoples.Each team also consists of as attackers and defenders.How to play these games??
Each player is required to run past all defending lines from the first line to the last and run back towards the first line without any physical contact with the opposing team.if any memberof the opposing team manages to touch any player,the player is considered "dead" and out of the games..

I have played this games many times during child time..it so very interesting games..
trust me :)
even we are "teenagers or adult" right now,we can plays this games any times with our friends during free times we have.

So , lets talk about a English drama that I love to watch. Its drama name is Grimm and it started to release season 4 not long ago, at here i suggested you guys to watch this drama. Firstly , this drama talk about a guy whos name is Nick Burkardt, a homicide investigator of the Portland Police Department. From his grandma last word, he learns that he is the decent  from a line of "guardians" known as "Grimms", charged with keeping balance between humanity and the mythological creatures of the world called Wesen. Wesen in German means creature , which is the some of the human in their inner is actually a creature that cannot see by normal human being. Everyone know that we could'nt buy time that we wasted,  the time past so fast without let us know. Time flies , 19 years had passed and now I'm in University Technology Malaysia studying for my own sake. I always think back what had I done in my past but unfortunately I had wasted my precious childhood and my holiday. Now I regreted and felt shame fr myself  but those time had passed. What I need to do now is focus on my bright future and keep myself always healthy and do whatever i need to do before the time flow away from my hand.

During last weekend which is on Friday,  my friends and I decided to take a break by going out have fun after our engineering maths 1 test. With total of 9 people  we rented 2 Kancil. When the days come, we start our journey at 9.a.m. First we went to have breakfast at Taman University and then we continue our journey to City Square which is the place where we planned to go. Thanks God there were no jamming on the wway we go , and after a 30 minute journey we finally arrived there. We seperated into 2 groups which is 3 person went to watch movie and the other went to register passport. Unfortunately, we failed to register a new passport due to some reason and we wasted a lot of time at there because there were crowded. So to cheers ourselves up , we decided to go karaoke and the other reason is to celebrate one of our friend birthday. Lastly we arrived back to UTM safely.

READING - EZRON

       
        Most of us know what reading is. For me reading is a pleasure. It has a joy of its own, When we want to read a book, try not read due to forced. Reading book because of our own pleasure. Reading is as necessary for our mind as food is for our body. It is the reading of books which refreshes us when clouds of sorrow darken our lives. It is reading which gives us food for thought when we have no special work to do. It is thus the most wholesome hobby and should be acquired as early in life as possible.We should be careful in the choice of books. There are good books and bad books. Bad books corrupt the mind while good books fill the mind with noble thoughts. They enlarge and enrich the mind. They purify our souls. We should read such books and derive the greatest pleasure the books can give us.

If we absolutely no intention to read a book yet, do it now because it can give us vocabulary expansion, memory improvement, and stronger analytical thinking skills.

FRIENDSHIP - EZRON

this post i want to write about FRIENDSHIPS.

Everybody know that we already have friends in our life . but do we really understand what the truely meaning of friendship??

What is meaning of Freindship ?????? A friend is defined as a person whom one knows, likes, and trusts.|Usually , from my obsevation , friendships are formed when the person find another person that have same frequency and channel as him/herself. what i mean is , they have a few in common on how they handle something, way to think and react. This type of a relation is friendship. Friends are very important in our lives. Friendships are easily formed when we are young and do not demand too much out of it. One of the main reasons for polarization among university students is that as they reach a certain level of maturity, common binding factors such as religion, customs and traditions play important role in selection of friends or mates. In addition, since majority of these students come from rural backgrounds where there is not much cultural interchange, they feel rather awkward to forge friendships with students of other races. However, this does not mean the students are racist or suffer from superiority complex. 

Thus, the university should introduce more programs that allow cultural and religious mixing and understanding of the other.

LOVE - EZRON

This post i want to talk about love. yes .. so why do you think i write about love ??? speaking about love is a very wide topic...  I believe each of us has a different thougts about love. 

What is love ? I know this question exist in each human being including myself. If not it is still waiting to be discovered deeply in your heart.What do i think of love?. i believe love is something that can't be change by anything in this world even a diamond instead of feelings of person to another person.so what will happen if people live without love ?? In my simple answer, i believe that if i live without love,  i may lose my ability to survive in here , UTM specifically . What i mean is without the love of my parents, it is really impossible for me to be here plus im not really good in academic actually but the love of my parents too mean to me and it give me spirit to continuously try , try , try. and try. Even we are really poor family, but my parents struggle for me to find financial resources so that i can continue my study. Love can't be substitute by anything which means those reflection of the diamond cannot be replace by any kind of light and not be able to spread out its resplendent and meaningful of love.

Therefore, people should not hesitate to own this priceless diamond to nehance your life as the way i enhance mine.

ok thats all for this post. As a conclusion , use love of our family as our strength to get through hard things in UTM.

Camp YTM in memory ~ GMAN

Assalamualaikum and good evening guys. This time i will write about my experience at camp that can't buy with money.

The camp that i attend was on 24 October 2014 at Banting for 3 days and 2 nights. The camp is to who apply Telekom Malaysia Scholarship that was already pass test 1 in online test. Totally precipitate is from UTM. I think the camp is about interview but thats very wrong with my exception. The camp is for pull out our talent and to find out what is our advantages. Our facilitator is Pak Mail who is give inspiration to me and he also say my weakness that i need to improve. My friends that i can not forget. I hope our ukhwah will stand until jannah.

My first experience is went we were riding a lorry with my friends.

Second is complete task which is complete the 500piece puzzle!!

This take time in 3 hours! We finish up this at 3.30 a.m.

 This is final day. THE DAYS WITH CRYING

Summary 'Sleeping' by GMAN

Assalamualaikum and very good evening guys. Today my friend and i read a story about Sleeping by O Thiam Chin. This post will describe what we have read.

The character in this story is about a husband and his wife. His wife were get in hospital because she were involved in accident and start here she was in coma condition. In the hospital, her husband was take care of her with full of love. Her husband very caring about his wife, he do all the job and manage his wife during her wife in coma.

Her husband was found a letter that his wife wrote. Actually, they were in complicated relationship. Before this, his wife does not like him. So when his wife still unconscious, he take that time to show his love and take care of his wife. This story end with he always wait for his wife open her eyes.

Moral value from this story is love your wife/husband whatever you are healthy or not. Take care her/him before the Creator take her/him.

THE TRUE LOVE

pa'in ( Short Story about Tales of Rabiah )

                  The story is about Nenek Rabiah Suparman who was live at Hosplast ElderCare Home. This story about her lifestyle while she still young until she ill. she also said that she miss her adopted son's name Yusuf..She also share about all what she had done during her youth life, and about how her siblings treat her, and also about she abused her sister-in-law, Mak Illah because she think her sister-in-law just want to takings advantages from her brother's husband. Uncle Hisam. The main character in this story is Nenek Rabiah Suparman.The other character are Tuan Haji, Mak Illah, Uncle Hisam, Yusuf and Uncle Halim. Tuan Haji is Nenek Rabiah's husband, Mak Illah is her sister-in-law, Uncle Hisam is her husband's brother, Yusuf is her adopted's son that she miss and while Uncle Halim is her youngest brother. There are many plots in this short story, at beginning she share about her family, her parents and siblings. She had eight siblings and she is the elders. Next, at the middle, she share that she married with Tuan Haji and also about she abused Mak Illah because she think Mak Illah just want to take advantage from Uncle Hisam. Then after her husband died, her life getting worst. she get abandoned from all her adopted children. She also been betrayed by her youngest brother, Uncle Halim. Last plot is about she had accident and had to admitted at hospital.Along the times Mak Illah and Uncle Hisam were helping her for paying all the payment. Then they ask Nenek Rabiah for live at Hosplast ElderCare Home. I really this story because it give many doctrine that we could get as remainder.

The Two Hours by Ram Govardhan

This story is all about marriage. The main characters in this story is Anita,  Subbu(Anita's father), Salim( Anita's boyfriend),and Dr.Abbas(Salim's father). The story begin when Anita had turned down eleven man selection for marriage in two years. After that, Anita secretly couple with Salim that has different religion with her.She already married in secret with him plus spent daylight hours with him somewhere on East Coast Road. His father, Subbu was completely angry to Anita because in whole Subbu's family , no one has ever married anyone outside their religion. When Subbu totally robust enough from sick, he came to Abbas who had brainwashed his daughter and tell them the marriage is impossible plus ask him to bury his "Cosmolitan thoughts". When his was on his way to Abbas villa, he was being robbed on the share-auto rickshaw. After all the hardship finally he arrived Abbas Villa which is like a paradise to him. The style of welcoming by Dr.Abbas was not expected by Subbu. After spending the two hours in Abbas Villa , he was too glad to have emerged unscathed out of that place. In a nutshell, Subbu had no choices but only agreed about the marriage.

Both of us like this story because it is about marriage that give us experience and moral value that we can use in out lives especially in relationship that we will face in our future. This story is absolutely can help us to gain  experience in real life even though we don't get married yet.

Nor Syazana Daud(short story Tales Of Rabiah )

      This story is about Nenek Rabiah journey of life. Nenek Rabiah was abandoned by her adopted son.  She live in the Hosplast ElderCare Home. She has nobody to take care of her. Everyday of her life in that place she just hoped that her adopted son come to visit her just for one time before she died.. The characters in this story are Nenek Rabiah. which is the main character, then Tuan Haji as her husband. Uncle Hisam and his wife Mak Ilah, Uncle Halim which is their siblings. The adopted son, Yusof. The plot of this story is Nenek Rabiah where at first she just a poor person with many siblings to look for but then she married with a wealthy person and live in good condition but she cannot pregnant and take an adopted children. After her husband died she lost all her wealth because she do not have a son and the wealth will be dividing among her husband family members. Then, she had to sell her big house and the land she have because someone had cast an evil spell on her. With that money she bought a flat but she was betrayed by Uncle Halim. All her siblings did not want to take care of her except Uncle Hisam and his family that always visit her in the eldercare home although they live in abroad. Finally, she died a week after the recording was made by the student of her adopted son with her wish to saw her son unfulfilled. In conclusion, I like this story so much because in this story tell us that our life is like a point on a wheel means that sometimes we are at the bottom, sometimes we are at the top and sometimes we go back to the bottom. Therefore, we were always need to be kind to all people surround us and in my experience the story is similar to movie that I watch.

                  I would like to tell you about a short story which entitled "A Visit to the Doctor" by Meera Nair.
The main character is Sandra which is the patient of the doctor. She had a flu. There is a conversation between the doctor and her. At first, she noticed that she knew the doctor. Actually, the doctor was her classmate. Her classmate was looked mature than she never seen before. They talked about their pastime in their school. Furhermore, they was delighted and felt funny about their activities in their school. Sandra interjected about Ms Yan who was the elderly woman from their primary schooldays who had been convinced the only way to rehabilitate people like Andrew was to chase them with a wooden cane. The nurse asked Sandra about her relation with the doctor. Sandra paid for her medication and left. The doctor left soon after the last patient left. Lastly, the nurse had never seen the doctor look overjoyed before.

Learning to Swim (Sai feat. Azim)

The story is about a woman, Magritte who decided to go swimming. She also brought a book that she had been trying to read for years. Upon arrive at the seaside, she met a man with his pet dog but she didn't like dog and turned away towards the rock pool. The path leading to the rock pool was steep. There were many joggers and children at the path to the rock pool. The pool admitted only women and children. There wee already two women there, their towels side-by-side, marking out their territory. While she was lying down she saw 3 nuns drowning in the water but she could not help so she sought help from a man.

This story is about a graduated student from Stanford University that come back to her homeland, Hong Kong. Her name was Hannah and after back to her country, she work at law firm until her friend told her that a famous business man is looking for a assistant. She went to the interview and she got the job. But finally after 3 month she quit to start her own business on bag design.

Today I want to share about the most sad story. This story is about a grandmother, Ah Luan that have the rude granddaughter, Yi Xin. Ah Luan is the strong woman that work at the largest shopping mall at Singapore. She work hard to buy his granddaughter iphone6 at her 16th birthday. One day, Ah Luan has found a diamond bracelet and she decide to sell it to buy iphone6 for her grand and new handbag for her. After one day she found the bracelet, two ladies come to her and ask for the bracelet.Ah Luan give back the bracelet to its owner and she does not get some appreciation from the owner.There are 6 characters in this story that are Ah Luan, Yi xin, Ah Kim(Ah Luan working partner), pregnant lady and two ladies. I not too interest about this story because the ending is so tasteless.Actually, I so sad when read the intro untill my tears fall down on my cheek but the ending not too good.

I have five brohters, all boys. before this i studied at matriculation Perak and then further my study to this awesome university which is Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Controling mood - EZRON

so .. in this post i want to write about "mood"..

It seems pretty obvious that everybody know what really is mood. According to definition of mood , mood is a temporary state of mind  or feeling. All of us often experience emotional distress especially as a student. Negative thought about our mood can give us bad effect to our feeling. so, my point is we as a student not only must have academic intelligence but also emotional intelligence. How to get emotional intelligence????? ...  Emotional intelligence is actualy happen when you can handle your feelings during you are depressed, anxious, angry , worried, confused, frustrated or ashamed. For example, especially when you are lazy to go to LEAP class, some of you will just let the lazy feeling control you and finally sleep at room. But differ with the person who have emotional intelligence, they will try to think positive even they actually feel realy stress and tired. yah, it takes times to break the lazyness in ourself  but when we always do "the doing" and never give up , finally we will just get through the things.

so, what we need is, we just KEEP STRONG AND THINK POSITIVE EVEN WE HAVE WEAKNESSES IN DOING THE THINGS .

COD Advanced Warfare.... Really?! ~~~ Airul_Fmy

For the first thought (without reviewing), this series gonna get lame as usual because for the graphic, it always become much better than previous series, but the storyline is completely the same! But Thank God (alhamdullilah) for this latest series where the developer is no longer activition but Sledgehammer Games, thus COD franchise has gone through another level of gaming experience.By designing the levels in the campaign, co-op, and multiplayer to facilitate those new mechanics, Advanced Warfare is granted a weight and importance that changes how the fast-paced shooting action feels in all three modes. In my opinion, if you got what it take (powerful gaming rig and RM 300+), buy this game, this series will not disappointedyou like the previous.

Avenger: Age of Ultron First Impression ~~~ Airul_Fmy

Finally, the next sequel of Marvel Franchise movie is coming up! on 2015 of course. But before i start, do you guys already watch Iron Man 3 and Captain America The Winter Soldier? Because if you don't, you better watch it NOW! Plus, for anybody who already watch the trailer for this Avenger ; Age of Ultron and don't understand it. Why? B'cause the storyline for this sequel is coming through from that movies. I don't want to tell you what is goin on, find it yourself. Back to main topic, with S.H.I.E.L.D. destroyed and the Avengers required a countermeasure for the incoming threats, Tony Stark attempts to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program with Ultron(an artificial intelligence/AI). However, his plan backfires when Ultron decides that humans are the main enemy and sets out to eradicate them from Earth, and it is up to Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, the Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, along with support from Nick Fury and Maria Hill, to stop him from completing his plans. Along the way, the Avengers encounter the new villians, Pietro and Wanda Maximoff, as well as the familiar Vision,this character characteristic is still unknown nor undefined because the movies is not release yet. Assasin's Creed Unity Review ~~~ Airul_Fmy

Assassin's Creed: Unity would already be a mediocre game, but this for this series is a huge mistake. 
In many ways, AC:Unity feels like an enormous step backward. Say what you will about Assassin's Creed III, but it was ambitious, multiple cities linked by a sizable wooded wilderness. Last year's Black Flag took that idea and expanded, crafting an enormous scale recreation of the Caribbean along with a dozen or so cities and towns to explore. But Unity takes things back to the Assassin's Creed II era. You're limited to exploring a sliver of Paris during the French Revolution, centered on Notre Dame, Ile de la Cite, and the Seine. You have the option of heading to nearby Versailles, but outside of a few story bits there's not a lot of reason to take the carriage ride. It's not all bad. The small scale has obviously allowed Ubisoft to focus its art efforts, meaning there's an amazing amount of one-and-done art. but the most important things is, u need a hardcore PC gaming rig for this game or you will experience 'lag' for enternity

Pollution

I would like to share some information that I got from the industrial talk. Today, most of the industry do not follow the sustainability development because many pollution happens as we can see every day. For example, haze, water pollution and so on. This actually happen because the product that we used now such as laptop, smartphone and many things was develop from the natural sources that used by the industry to make this products. In our unconscious, we take natural sources to make products but at the same time the products give bad impacts to our environment. Therefore, this are some tips that can be apply in order to reduce the pollution which is good housekeeping where we switch off the electricity when not needed. Then, importance of regulation by knowing the regulation to put waste at the allocated site. Lastly, source substitution where try to go for local product to reduce environment footprint.

Communication skills.

Almost every talks that I go, they were talking about communication skills. In this talks, they said that professionally if we are applying for jobs or looking for a promotion with our employer, we will almost certainly need to demonstrate good communication skills. For example, the ability to speak appropriately with a wide variety of people whilst maintaining good eye contact, demonstrate a varied vocabulary and tailor our language to the audience, listen effectively, present our ideas appropriately, write clearly and work well in a group all this require good communication skills. As a students we should started take this issue seriously in our life because one day we will looking for job and compete with many people to get that job.

History.

When talking about history many of us do not like it because for them it just boring topic but for me, I’m very like it when talking about history. In my opinion, when study the history many information that we can get from it. For example, history of Malaysia. How this country was develop and so on. Many sacrifices are made by our past generation to ensure our county are free from colonialism. Thus, we have to appreciate the prosperity that we have now. By learn history also can make us realise that we must be careful not to repeat the mistakes of previous generations.

"Group study"

I would like to share an article about the advantages of group study. As we know, study techniques are very important to student in managing their workload such as assignments, presentations and examinations. Therefore, creating a good group study is the most effective way which offers emotional as well as intellectual support to them. Thus, there are three advantages that I think is the most valuable. First, helping student become more motivated because students can actively engage in learning process. Secondly, helping student become more organised when coping with their assignments, cocuriculum activities and examinations. Lastly, create better relationships with friends as they collaborate together in every tasks given.

Last weekend, I went to camp in Mersing, Johor. The camp was held near the beach about three days two nights. It was very fun and interesting camp. There was many activity that I never did before. That was an awesome experience for me. One of the activity that I enjoyed the most was survival explorace. One of the task was I had to fill up empty bottle with the sea water without used any material except my clothes. So, I had to soak myself in the sea. All my clothes wet but I enjoy doing all the tasks in the explorace games and as a result my team won this explorace in the first place.

“Sinar senyumanmu” my first programme that I join in smart camp club. This club is very good because they teach us how to be a good facilitator. Actually, this “sinar senyumanmu” programme more to make charity at the Hospital Sultanah Aminah to the children’s who age from 0 to 12. We are planned to make the children’s and their parents in the hospital happy with our visited. Many activity that we do with them but not a heavy activity because some of the children’s was recovered from injured. I’m very satisfied when saw them enjoyed with our activity. 

Badminton! by yong ching

It was a rainy day ~ I wake up early from my sleep so that I can go to Sports Complex in order to book a few badminton courts with my friends. Luckily, when we arrived there we managed to book 2 courts for our badminton sessions at 5pm. During my classes, I just cant stop thinking about playing badminton with my friends. Finally from all the hardship, I managed to finish all my class and without hesitating even though it was raining but it cant stop my heart and stong will to play badminton ! We rushed back to our room and start packing up our sports equipment, and after all of us gather together and departed from our dorm. When we reached the Sports Complex, we started up our stretching and warm up to prevent us from injuries. I was having a lot of fun and also release my own stress and problem by playing badminton. I hit as hard as I can and is like throwing my burden away. After 2 hours of badminton and we went to Scholar Inn to have our dinner !

During the last friday ~ its was a memorable day and unforgetable experience for me. At the morning of that day, me and my friend when to church for some activity which call Alpha Youth Journey. After that fun and interesting session, we went to have some lunch at Nourishing Soup which located at Skudai Parade. It was a shop where sold traditional chinese soup and provided with rice and other dishes. I was like a hungry wolf and finished all the food that I ordered, and asked for extra rice ! Here come the exciting part which is we went to play paint ball which located near City Square. It was an unforgetable memories for me ! I was having so much fun with my friend that day ! After that we went to Mcdonald to have an icecream as a dessert after playing some times under the hot sun. Lastly we brought some fried banana which suggested by my friend from the church back to Utm for out tea time!

My First business - Fakhri Norhisham

Nowadays, many people do business . So i do not to left behind i took this opportunity to make some money. My first business is i be the dealer for Tune Talk Tone Excel sim card Dealer. This business really fun, easy  and it give us consistent income . Now , i can enjoy 3 figure income and for the next year my target is to make 4 figure income . Second business is sales prepaid . HOBBY

Hi guys, todat i would like yo talk about hobby. i have 3 hobby that i want to share with all of you. My first hobby is i like to play bowling. this is my new hobby since i get serious injurt at my angkle. My former hobby is, i like a long distance run. I love this sport very much, because i challenge my both  physical and mental . But now i can run far anymore, that is why i play bowling. Bowling is aexpensive sport. I spend a lot of money to my current hobby. So to get some money i do business. Yeah~ i make a thousand ringgit from it.. Both coffee and tea have their pros and cons but I would prefer a cup of tea but I can take a coffee. If a green tea it gives a healthier body while coffee can reduce us from falling asleep. For a coffee I like cappucino with the aromatic smell makes my mouthwatering. But don't overdrink tea and coffee, it will affect your body. Thats all.

today I want to talk about my past.....i am from mjsc lenggong...from form one until SPM..five year that give me a lot of experience..ALHAMDULLIAH i still alive and can breath freely..so, after that i further study in science as foundation student at UiTM PUNCAK ALAM (PALAM)...i want to be an engineer, but i got different course...so i try my best to survive as science study although I doesn't like biology..but thanks to ALLAH because right now i can choose my course that just one step before truly being an engineer...

ok. so next post.. i would like to write about coffee vs tea...

From both of it, i prefer tea than coffee. The main factor i choose tea is because tea provide the health benefits and it has good portion in taste. In addition, it smells is so smooth, bold and rich with clean and good looking. The most important think about tea is it can reduce our risk of heart attack and stroke and protect our bones. Tea gives us sweet smile plus good for our teeth....

so , if you  are not drink tea yet, do it now because it can give us massive advantage in terms of our health.

Tea and coffee. What the most that I like? actually both of them are my favorite drink even at home or anywhere. But I most addict to tea because it so favor and aromatic drink. It rich with aroma and make

Coffee is the best drink among tough man. They will have a coffee after work out at gym to gain their energy back. That all......................(-_0)

Tea or Coffee..?

Emmm,,, for me i like both.. because it depand on the time  . For example i like to drink tea in the morning because if taste much lighter than coffee, maybe the asid in the coffee make my stomach feel uncomformtable. So that is why i do not take a cup of coffee in the morning. I always take a cup of coffee during a hi-tea or at night when i want to relex or stay up at the night to finish all of my work. I like to make a milky coffee, a spoon of coffee and mix with 2 spoon of milk. Ahhhhh~! it feel really amazing , i like it so much.. You should try it...

here is the image of coffee and tea..For me, I would choose tea because tea is less bitter than coffee..I also can make a tea with a less sugar buat it wont be as bitter as coffee with less sugar..Tea has a better odour and aroma for me and it is simple to make. In addition, the colour of tea is more nice for me compared to coffee that has a black colour as tar. So it avoid my interested on it.hehe what about you friends?? what is your favourite?

sad story, hurrmmm...for whole my life, this year is my first time celebrate 'hari raya korban' not with my family.....but this is my first celebrate at other country, which is UTM johor with my friends....Wake up in the morning and say 'good morning johor!!'......my roommate also stay at UTM at that time....so we celebrate together.....happy ending..

Hi guy~,  today i have a speacial meal for my lunch... I buy a delicious and teasty nasi arab. the rice teaste very soft to chew beside the spice also make it taste much delicious. The rice colour also make me feel hungry. Nasi arab is not complete without a meet, such as chicken or lamb . For today i try to take chicken with my nasi arab. the chciken also taste good with the nasi arab. So i think you all should try this nasi arab once a time in your life.

ok ... so today around 1.00pm i take lunch with my friends at pak lah cafe... it is near at astana hall and centre of inovation student office . what i've eat is chicken fried rice. It was so delicious and actually i have'nt eat this food rarely at my villages. It was the second time i eat. This food contain chicken, pepper ,leafy vegetables and of course rice. If you want try, go to [ak lah cafe because chicken fried rice there was so different than other cafe. yummy... mmmm...
