Dinner important to provide energy and nutrients for the body. Regular intake is important to make sure your body gets the energy and nutrients needed for normal functioning. Dinner complete food intake may be inadequate in the day as the intake of vegetables, fruits and milk. Apart from the importance of biology, dinner is also important to meet the psychological and social function. If parents work during the day, dinner is important to foster intimacy between family members. This is because the time dinner is probably the only time with other family members. For physiological function, the dinner is probably one way to relax the mind after a day of dealing with various problems, especially for those who work.
