so .. in this post i want to write about "mood"..
It seems pretty obvious that everybody know what really is mood. According to definition of mood , mood is a temporary state of mind or feeling. All of us often experience emotional distress especially as a student. Negative thought about our mood can give us bad effect to our feeling. so, my point is we as a student not only must have academic intelligence but also emotional intelligence. How to get emotional intelligence????? ... Emotional intelligence is actualy happen when you can handle your feelings during you are depressed, anxious, angry , worried, confused, frustrated or ashamed. For example, especially when you are lazy to go to LEAP class, some of you will just let the lazy feeling control you and finally sleep at room. But differ with the person who have emotional intelligence, they will try to think positive even they actually feel realy stress and tired. yah, it takes times to break the lazyness in ourself but when we always do "the doing" and never give up , finally we will just get through the things.
so, what we need is, we just KEEP STRONG AND THINK POSITIVE EVEN WE HAVE WEAKNESSES IN DOING THE THINGS .
JUST TRY , TRY AND TRY ....
