Assalamualaikum and hello friends,
  
      My entry for today is about how for a longer live.In this entry that at time i want to share with you 5 moves for a longer live which is

1)Have a side salad
   *make sure the dressing contains vinegar.
2)Treat your pasta right
     *keeping cells responsive to insulin is key to warding off diabetes,as it's insulin that sweeps sugar out of the blood.
3)Move a little
    *Just one session -just one session of moderate exercise improves your body's.
4)Enforce a blackout
    *if you don't sleep seven or eight hours most night,your risk of developing diabetes.
5)Ditch potatoes for nuts
    *potatoes deliver a dietery double whammy.

I hope everyone will read my entry for this time but make sure you all is just not a read but pactice also because practice is make pecfect..hee tq,,
